摘要
车轮轮胎花纹的设计是个复杂而实际的问题,花纹设计与轮胎性能之间存在一定的影响关系。本文主要采用模糊数学思想与层次分析法去分析轮胎模型。以轮胎花纹为目标层,花纹深度、稳定性、牵引力、耗油、耐磨性、行驶车速为准则层,普通花纹、混合花纹、越野花纹为方案层进行层次分析。先根据各因素间相对重要程度构造成对比较矩阵。其次计算权向量并做一致性检验,运用求解各成对比较矩阵最大特征值对应的特征向量,求出一致性指标,通过查表得到随机一致性指标,经前者与后者相比算得一致性比率,从而对成对比较矩阵进行了一致性检验。最后进行综合分析,给出了不同花纹轮胎的各项性能的优劣及最佳适用环境。
        Wheel tyre pattern design is a complex and the actual problem,pattern design and have a certain influence on the relations between the tire performance.In this paper,we use the fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to analyze the tire model.we take the tire pattern as the goal layer,the pattern depth,stability and traction,fuel consumption,wear resistance,the speed as the criterion layer,scheme for the general pattern,the mixed pattern,cross-country decorative pattern layer for hierarchical analysis.According to the relative important degree among various factors structure first paired comparison matrix.Second weight vector and do the consistency check,are used to solve the paired comparison matrix eigenvalues corresponding to the largest eigenvector,and the consistency index of random consistency index is obtained by look-up table,through compared to the former and the latter is the consistency ratio,thus the paired comparison matrix consistency check.Accordingto the weight vectors of the paired comparison matrix,obtained each tire pattern weights of each criterion.At the end of the comprehensive analysis,the advantages and the best applicable environment of the different performance of different patterns of tires are given.
