33例开胸术后患者的T波改变与心室晚电位的检测分析

摘要
目的分析开胸术后患者的T波改变与心室晚电位的临床意义。方法对2017年3~7月门诊复查的33例开胸术后的患者进行常规心电图和心室晚电位的检测分析。结果 33例中13例为T波倒置,心室晚电位检出为4例,阳性率为30.8%,20例T波未倒置患者中心室晚电位检出为9例,阳性率为45.0%。T波未倒置组与倒置组的心室晚电位的各检测指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提示心室晚电位对开胸术后患者T波改变的潜在危险检出有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of T wave changes and ventricular late potentials after thoracotomy.Methods Routine ECG and ventricular late potentials were examined in 33 patients undergoing open chest surgery after 3~7 months of outpatient visits in 2017.Results T wave inverted group has 13 patients,was detected in4 cases,the positive rate was 30.8%,T wave upright group has 20 patients,the central chamber late potential was detected in 9 cases,the positive rate was 45.0%.The difference in the detection indexes of ventricular late potential was significantly between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Prompt with potential risk of T wave changes after thoracotomy in patients with ventricular late potentials of detection is of great significance.
