摘要

目的:观察、分析100例冠心病患者心室晚电位的临床意义。方法:收集100例患者作为试验组,100例健康体检者作为对照组。结果:试验组的VLP检出阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),心肌梗死患者VLP检出阳性率明显高于心绞痛患者(P<0.05)。结论:对于恶性心脏病患者来说,使用心室晚电位检查具有较好的临床检查效果及临床预测价值。
        Objective:To observe and analyze the ventricular late potentials in 100 patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients were enrolled as an experimental group,and 100 healthy subjects served as the controls group.Results:The positive rate of VLP of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rate of VLP in patients with myocardial infarction was significantly higher than that of the patients with angina pectoris(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with malignant heart disease,the use of ventricular late potential examination has better clinical efficacy and clinical predictive value.
