阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗冠心病分析

摘要
目的对冠心病患者予以阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗,以此分析阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗的临床效果。方法选取冠心病患者共计100例,选取2016年3月～2017年3月,随机分组,并行不同的治疗方式:常规心血管药物治疗、阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗,对应组别:对照组、研究组。经SPSS21.0系统分析和对比组间的临床治疗总有效率、TC、TG、LCL‐C、HDL-C水平指标。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率(96.00%)、HDL-C(1.57±0.15)mmol/L水平指标均高于对照组临床治疗总有效率(76.00%)、HDL-C(1.26±0.36)mmol/L,且研究组的TC(5.14±0.44)mmol/L、TG(1.43±0.66)mmol/L、LCL-C(3.36±0.33)mmol/L水平指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合心血管药物治疗冠心病的临床价值十分显著,能够有效改善患者的血脂水平和提高其临床治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease from March2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into groups. Different treatment methods were provided,routine cardiovascular drug therapy and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drug therapy, the corresponding groups were control group and research group. The total effective rate, TC, TG, LCL-C, HDL-C levels were analyzed and compared by SPSS21.0 system. Results The total effective rate(96.00%) and the level of HDL-C[(1.57±0.15) mmol/L] in the research group were higher than those in the control group [76.00% and(1.26±0.36)mmol/L, respectively], and TC [(5.14±0.44) mmol/L], TG [(1.43±0.66) mmol/L] and LCL-C [(3.36±0.33) mmol/L]in the research group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with cardiovascular drugs have significant clinical value in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which can effectively improve the level of blood lipids and improve the clinical efficacy.
