编辑心理健康促进系统的构建

摘要
近年来我国出版业发展迅猛,编辑职业群体的心理健康问题日益显现,构建编辑心理健康促进系统具有必要性。从贯彻全民心理健康服务体系国家战略部署、满足出版业自身发展壮大及落实编辑心理健康研究理论与实践等方面出发,提出的体系化的方案有利于编辑心理健康促进系统的建构,推进编辑心理健康理论与实践的发展。
With the rapid development of China's publishing industry in recent years, the problems of editors' mental health have become increasingly apparent. It is of great necessity to construct an editors' mental health promotion system. For the purpose of implementing the strategic arrangements of the state to establish public mental health service system, meeting the needs of the further development of publishing industry and applying the theoretical and empirical studies of editors' mental health, a systematic scheme is proposed in this paper, and it is beneficial to the construction of editors' mental health promotion system and the development of editors' mental health research.
