班级社会心理环境与初中生学习自主性的关系

摘要
本研究以伊宁市三所中学里462名初中生为调查对象,以学习自主性量表和《我的班级》问卷为测量工具展开调查,探讨初中班级社会心理环境的特点及与学生学习自主性的关系。结果显示:第一,初中班级社会心理环境可以分为团结进取型、一般型和散漫型三种基本类型,不同类型下初中生学习自主性水平存在显著的差异;第二,班级社会心理环境各维度与学生学习自主性各维度存在不同程度的相关,其中师生关系、同学关系、班级秩序、竞争皆与学生学习自主性呈显著正相关,但学业负担与学生学习自主性呈负相关;第三,班级社会心理环境各维度对学生学习自主性各维度有不同的预测作用。
        In this study,462 junior high school students in three middle schools in Yining were investigated.The survey was carried out by the questionnaire of Learning Autonomy Scale and "my class" questionnaire to explore the relationship between the characteristics of the social psychological environment in junior high school and students' learning autonomy.The results show that: first,the social psychological environment of junior high school classes can be divided into three basic types: unity and enterprising type,general type and diffuse type.There are significant differences in the level of learning autonomy of junior high school students under different types.Second,the dimensions of the class social psychological environment are related to the students' learning autonomy in different degrees.The relationship between teachers and students,students' relationship,class order and competition have a significant positive correlation with the students' learning autonomy,but the academic burden has a negative correlation with the students' learning autonomy; third,the dimensions of the class social psychological environment have different predictive effects on the students' learning autonomy.
