摘要
我国高等教育大众化和高等教育改革创新进入内涵式发展,对高校辅导员能力素质要求已不再停留在传统上或普遍意义上的"德才兼备",而需要系统性情商能力特别是包括自我情绪控制力、自我激励力、人际感知力、人际沟通力、危机管理力和跨专业领域协调力等诸多方面带有情商特质工作力的塑造与提升,需要辅导员具有良好的"团队情商",将辅导员个体情商概念拓展成为辅导员"团队人格化",建设辅导员团队"高情商组织"已成为提升其团队领导力、战斗力、执行力的重要途径。
The popularization of higher education and the reform of higher education in China have entered into the connotative development in the 21 st century, especially in the past ten years. The quality requirements of college counselors have ceased to remain in the traditional or universal sense. And the need for systematic emotional intelligence, especially including self-emotional control, self-motivation, interpersonal perception, interpersonal communication, crisis management and interdisciplinary coordination and many other aspects of the business with the emotional characteristics of the shape and promotion counselor has a good "team sentiment", the counselor's individual EQ concept to expand into a counselor "team personality". Some suggestions are given to foster and promote the EQ of counselors on the basis of analyzing the necessity of strengthening the EQ of counselors.
