音乐疗法联合系统性护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者的疗效

摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法联合系统性护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者康复的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年4月我院收治的创伤性颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者160例,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组80例予以常规治疗及护理措施;在此基础上,予以观察组80例音乐疗法联合系统性护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后生活质量、精神状况、认知功能。结果干预前两组患者的生活质量,认知功能及精神病性症状评分,组间无明显差异;干预后观察组生活质量评分,认知功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组易激惹、精神病表现、抑郁、迟滞评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性颅脑损伤所致精神障碍患者实施音乐疗法联合系统护理干预,能有效改善患者精神状况和认知功能,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of music therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention on patients with mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury(TBI). Methods 160 patients with mental disorder caused by TBI in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=80)were given routine therapy and nursing,while the observation group(n=80)was given music therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention based on the routine ones.The life quality,mental status,cognitive function were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results The scores of life quality as well as cognitive function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of irritability,psychotic manifestation,depression,hysteresis in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Music therapy combined with systematic nursing intervention for patients with mental disorder caused by TBI can improve mental status and cognitive function,and improve quality of life as well.
