卓越工程师教育培养背景下研究生教育实践与思考

摘要
以卓越计划为突破口,从校企合作、研究生创新创业项目、企业项目类培养三方面对研究生培养模式进行探索,提出了研究生教育培养方案,使研究生的培养模式不局限于传统的教育模式,以期培养出更能适应新时代经济社会发展需要的人才。
Taking the plan of excellence as a breakthrough,the postgraduate training mode is explored from three aspects: school-enterprise cooperation,postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship project,and enterprise project training. A series of postgraduate education programs are proposed,so that the postgraduate training mode is not limited to the traditional. Under the education model,large numbers of talents could be cultivated adapting to the needs of economic and social development in the new era.
