尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐对老年痴呆患者阿尔茨海默病评分及MMSE评分的影响及疗效

摘要
目的:研究尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年5月～2018年5月某院老年痴呆患者66例,依据患者接受治疗的药物将患者分为联合组、单一组各33例,单一组接受尼莫地平治疗,联合组接受尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗,比较两组阿尔茨海默病评分及MMSE评分改善情况。结果:联合组治疗后2个月、4个月的阿尔茨海默病评分及MMSE评分均明显优于单一组,P<0.05。结论:尼莫地平联合多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆患者能够明显改善患者精神状况以及认知功能,加快患者康复,值得推广。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of nimodipine combined with donepezil in the treatment of senile dementia. Methods: 66 senile dementia patients in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into a combined group and a single group with 33 cases each according to the drugs they received. The single group received nimodipine treatment, and the combined group received nimodipine combined with donepezil treatment. The improvement of alzheimer's disease score and MMSE score in the two groups was compared. Results: The scores of alzheimer's disease and MMSE at 2 and 4 months after treatment in the combined group were significantly better than those in the single group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nimodipine combined with donepezil can obviously improve the mental state and cognitive function of the patients with senile dementia, and accelerate the recovery of the patients, which is worth popularizing.
