摘要
老龄人口的增加伴随着衰老相关慢性疾病发病率的快速增加,其中心血管疾病尤为突出。了解衰老和心血管系统功能退化的关系,对心血管疾病诊治有着重要意义。端粒酶功能失调与衰老有关,越来越多的研究显示端粒在心脏衰老和疾病中扮演着重要角色。端粒-线粒体轴在老年人中的变化,为识别衰老标记物、预防和治疗心血管疾病中发挥作用。
        With increase of aging population, incidence of aging related chronic diseases have been rapidly increasing, especially for cardiovascular diseases. Understanding relationship between aging and functional deterioration of cardiovascular system is of great importance for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Telomerase dysfunction is related with aging, more and more studies showed telomeres play an important role in heart aging and diseases. Telomere-mitochondrial axis changes of elderly people play a role in identifying aging markers, preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases.
