居家康复护理联合综合消肿治疗在乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者康复中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的观察居家康复护理联合综合消肿治疗在乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿患者康复中的应用效果。方法按随机数字表将60例患者分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组出院后采取常规的综合消肿治疗,观察组在接受综合消肿治疗的同时接受居家康复护理。评估两组临床疗效、疼痛评分和生活质量。结果治疗6周后,淋巴水肿临床疗效有效率观察组93.3%、对照组73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视觉模拟评分量表评分观察组(1.33±0.96)分、对照组(1.93±1.01)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);癌症患者生活质量调查表中整体生活质量和功能领域评分观察组高于对照组、症状领域评分观察组低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论居家康复护理联合综合消肿治疗能有效提高乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿临床疗效,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the application effect of domiciliary rehabilitation nursing combined with complex decongestive therapy on rehabilitation of breast cancer patients with postoperative lymphedema. Method Divide 60 patients into observation group(n=30) and control group(n=30) by random number table. Patients in control group receive routine complex decongestive therapy. Patients in observation group receive domiciliary rehabilitation nursing combined with complex decongestive therapy. Assess the clinical effect, pain score and quality of life of two groups. Result The clinical effective rate on treating lymphedema is 93.3% in observation group and 73.3% in control group after 6 weeks' treatment. The difference is significant(P<0.05). There is significant difference on scores of visual analogue scale between observation group(1.33±0.96) and control group(1.93±1.01)(P<0.01). Score on field of arranging quality of life and function in quality of life scale is higher in observation group than in control group and score on field of symptom is lower in observation group than in control group. The difference is significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Domiciliary rehabilitation nursing combined with complex decongestive therapy can improve clinical effective for breast cancer patients with postoperative lymphedema and their quality of life.
