空心坯料楔横轧内孔缩孔变化的影响规律研究

摘要
以21-2N耐热合金钢空心坯料为研究对象,采用DEFORM-3D模拟了楔横轧空心坯料的成形过程,对不同工艺参数下空心轧件的变形情况进行研究.根据有限元模拟结果,揭示了不同工艺参数对空心坯料内孔缩孔的影响规律,即空心轧件轧后缩孔率大小和分布沿轧件轴向的变化、轧件内孔大小和分布沿轧件轴向的变化、轧件壁厚的变化等一系列变化规律.分析结果表明,工艺参数的改变会显著影响空心坯料的缩孔.
        Aiming at exploring the hollow billets of 21-2 N heat resistant steel, Deform-3 D software is used to simulate the forming process of hollow billet for cross wedge rolling, and to investigate the deformation condition with different process parameters. The finite element simulation results reveal how the inner hole shrinkage of hollow billet is affected by different process parameters. These varying influential rules include shrinkage ratio of hollow work-piece after rolling and variation of distribution in the axial direction of work-piece, and size of internal bore of work-piece variation of distribution in the axial direction of work-piece and change of work-piece wall thickness. The analytic results show that the shrinkage of the hollow billet can be significantly affected by the process parameters.
