摘要
针对某企业两批次砂石分离机筛砂螺旋轴用GCr15SiMn钢球出现心部缺陷的问题,利用低倍组织检查、常规检验以及金相检验等手段对其进行分析。结果表明,两批次钢球热处理工艺制定合理,造成心部缺陷的原因分别为热轧工艺不当和心部碳化物分布不均匀。
The core defects of GCr15SiMn steel ball, which used in sieve sand screw axis, were analyzed by checking macrostructure, routine test and metallographic examination. The results show that the heating processes of both steel balls are reasonable, and the defect appeared in the core of the steel balls is caused by improper hot-rolling process and uneven distribution of carbide.
