摘要
开展教师志愿者项目能够帮助高校图书馆缓解资金压力,减轻人力资源的紧张,扩展和加强图书馆的服务功能,更能促进不同学科、不同岗位的教师与图书馆和图书馆员之间的互相了解,争取更多的帮助、认可和支持。在分析了开展教师志愿者项目过程中遇到的困难的基础上,给出了在志愿者岗位设置、人员招募、岗前培训、过程管理、激励机制及信息反馈等方面的参考路径,为图书馆事业的发展做出进一步指导。
Teachers volunteer service project can help university libraries ease fund pressure,reduce human resources tension,expand and strengthen the service functions of libraries,and further promote mutual understanding between teachers and libraries and librarians in different disciplines and positions,thus getting more help,recognition and support.Based on the analysis of the difficulties encountered in the course of teacher volunteer project,this paper gives the reference paths in volunteer position setting,personnel recruitment,pre-job training,process management,incentive mechanism and information feedback to provide further guidance for the development of the library business.
