基于“快乐体操”发展下的学校体操研究

摘要
运用文献资料等研究方法,结合我国快乐体操和学校体操现状,提出"快乐体操"进校园来促进学校体操的发展。主要结论:快乐体操在学校开展和推广需要体育教师重新定位教学目标;合理选择教学内容和教学方法;学校面临着专用器材和购买力差距;师资不足;现行的快乐体操内容难以覆盖整个学校体育体操课程。建议:教育部、体育总局制订快乐体操进校园方案;完善学校快乐体操器材;加大师资培训力度;增加快乐体操初、高中内容体系。
Using the method of literature and other research methods,combining with the present situation of Chinese gymnastics and school gymnastics, " Happy Gymnastics" is put forward to promote the development of school gymnastics. It is difficult to cover the entire gymnastics course of the whole school,no to say for the teachers to take part in the gymnastics course of the whole school. The school is facing special equipment and purchasing power gap; lack of teachers; the current happy gymnastics content is difficult to cover the entire school gymnastics course. Suggestions: the Ministry of Education,General Administration of Sport should develop happy gymnastics into the campus program; to improve the school happy gymnastics equipment; to increase teacher training; increase happy gymnastics content system into high school.
