摘要

国家铁路局以国铁科法[2017]33号文发布的"新版路基定额",为铁路路基工程量清单的编制打下很好的基础。为解决在使用"新版路基定额"过程中,因土石方数量调配方法与定额规定脱节而造成概算编制错误等问题,此文就"新版路基定额"如何进行土石方数量调配,从挖填供需关系着手研究,结合定额架构梳理出工程数量标准格式,并编制概算示例以为借鉴。
        The release of the new version of railway subgrade engineering budget quota provides an important reference basis for the compilation of railway subgrade engineering quantity list. In order to solve the problem that the earth and stone allocation method during budget estimate preparation is out of line with the new quota,the earth and stone allocation method based on the new quota is studied from the aspect of supply and demand. The standard format of project quantity is sorted out Combined quota framework,and the example of budget estimate is compiled for reference.
