摘要
液压马达减速器广泛地运用于工程机械的回转机构和行走机构中。在工程机械实际施工过程中,因液压马达减速器所处工作环境极其恶劣,极易产生失效故障。为了有效预测液压马达减速器使用寿命,研究其性能劣化规律和失效机制,在深入分析某型泵车用液压马达减速器工况的前提下,从试验台布置形式、加载方式和装夹形式3个方面探讨液压马达减速器工况模拟试验台设计方案,其中:运用可逆转三级平行轴减速器做增速器以解决加载装置过大和安装调试困难这一难题;采用油泵加载方式以实现载荷的自动控制;设计带榫槽配合的安装座以快速可靠装夹被试液压马达减速器。最终,设计出了适应于不同转速、输入输出扭矩的大功率减速机模拟试验台。结果表明:该试验台满足设计功能需求,且试验台惯性轮转动惯量折算到液压马达减速器输出轴上的转动惯量与实际工况一致。
        Hydraulic motor reducers have been widely used in slewing and walking mechanisms of construction machinery. During the actual construction process of the machinery,due to the extremely poor working environment,the hydraulic motor reducer is prone to failure. In order to effectively predict the life of a reducer and study its performance degradation mechanism and failure mechanism,based on in-depth analysis of its working conditions used in a pump truck,the design scheme of a test bed simulating working conditions of hydraulic motor reducers was discussed from the following three aspects: test bed layout,loading modes and clamping modes.A reversible three-stage parallel shaft reducer was used as an accelerator to solve loading and installing problems; an oil pump was employed to achieve automatic load control; a mounting seat with mortise-tenon connection for a test reducer was invented for fast and reliable clamping. Finally,a high-power reducer simulation test-bed with different speeds and torques was designed. The results show that the test bed satisfies the design functional requirements,and the inertia moment of its output shaft is in accordance with the actual working conditions of the pump truck.
