摘要
以实际矿井回风顺槽煤巷掘进施工为例,阐述了大断面煤巷快速掘进存在的难题,分析了影响矿井快速掘进的主要因素,针对性地提出了大断面煤巷快速掘进支护的优化措施。实践证明,优化后的大断面煤巷掘进施工速度和效率得到大幅度的提升,巷道成形质量和围岩稳定性都得到了很好的控制。
        Taking the actual coal roadway excavation construction of the mine air returning crossheading as an example, this paper expounded the problems of rapid excavation of large-section coal roadway, analyzed the main factors affecting the rapid excavation of the mine and proposed the optimization measures of rapid excavation support of large-section coal roadway. Practice has proved that the optimized construction speed and efficiency of large-section coal roadway excavation has been greatly improved,and the roadway forming quality and surrounding rock stability have been well controlled.
