摘要
"三软"煤层(顶板、煤层、底板松软)瓦斯含量较高,严重影响着煤矿巷道的掘进和煤炭生产。为了解决"三软"煤层掘进过程中瓦斯涌出超限问题并优化瓦斯抽放技术,以焦家寨矿5#煤层为例,在简单介绍瓦斯抽放系统的基础上,对当下的钻孔瓦斯抽放系统进行了优化,以降低煤层瓦斯含量,确保掘进和采煤期间不发生瓦斯超限问题。
        The "three soft" coal seam(roof, coal seam and floor are soft) has high gas content, which seriously affects the tunneling and coal production of coal mine roadway. In order to solve the over-limit problem of gas emission in the tunneling process of "three soft" coal seam and optimize the gas drainage technology, taking 5#coal seam of Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine as an example,based on the brief introduction of the gas drainage system, this paper optimized the current drilling and gas drainage system in the borehole to reduce the gas content in the coal seam and ensure no gas overrun during tunneling and coal mining.
