摘要

目前提高煤机设备维修的外观质量已成为行业急需解决的问题,分析了影响煤机设备外观质量的三要素,即外观造型、液压管路/电气线路和整机涂装,指出煤机设备维修拆解/清洗/喷砂、加工制造、整机装配、整机涂装各个工艺流程中影响外观质量的因素,提出了控制和改进煤机设备外观质量的有效措施,并结合实例证明了此方法的有效性。
        At present, improving the appearance quality of coal mining machinery maintenance has become an urgent problem to be solved in the industry. Three factors affecting the appearance quality of coal machinery equipment have been analyzed, which are appearance, hydraulic line or electrical circuit and whole machine painting. The factors affecting the appearance quality have been expounded from four processes of maintenance of coal machinery equipment, which are disassembly or cleaning or sandblasting, processing and manufacturing, assembly and painting of the whole machine. The effective measures to control and improve the appearance quality of coal machinery equipment have been put forward, and the effectiveness of this method has been illustrated by an example.
