摘要
随着机械化采煤技术的发展,综采工作面采高持续加大,井下支护材料使用量急剧增加,从而导致进入选煤厂系统的杂物大幅增多,对选煤厂设备的安全运行造成了较大的安全隐患。杂物一旦进入产品还会严重影响产品质量。为了降低商品煤中杂物含量,全面分析了杂物性质,通过不同杂物采用不同的处理措施,结果表明在原煤准备阶段有效拦截杂物后,商品煤万吨含杂率降为0.1 kg。
        With the development of coal mining technology, the mining height of fully mechanized mining face continues to increase, and the use of underground supporting materials increases sharply, which leads to a large increase of sundries entering the coal preparation plant system, forming a larger security risk. Once the impurities enter the product, they will seriously affect the quality of the product. In order to reduce the content of sundries in commercial coal, the properties of sundries were analyzed comprehensively, and different treatment measures for different sundries were put forward. The results show that sundries are effectively intercepted in the raw coal preparation stage and the impurity content of commercial coal is reduced by 1.5 %.
