摘要
3号高炉随环保形势的错峰限产焖炉10天,此次焖炉未采取降料面扒炉,开炉存在很多限制条件和技术困难。然此次开炉通过科学的开炉准备、合理的焖炉料优化和开炉料的细化精准多方面先进技术,实现了快速开炉达产达效。
The No. 3 blast furnace has been restricted for production and interception for 10 days with the peak of the environmental protection. The stewing furnace has not taken cut the burden surface, and there are many restrictive conditions and technical difficulties. Through scientific preparation of the furnace, advanced technology for optimizing furnace charge and refining precision of blow-in furnace material and many advanced technology, quick production and efficiency are realized.
