摘要
基于适宜镁铝比的三段式精细化控制方针,提出了烧结-球团-高炉等工序中协同优化-功效最大化的MgO添加方式:①采用烧结矿工艺添加细磨含MgO熔剂的粒度的方法,制备低MgO优质烧结矿;②对菱镁石进行活化焙烧处理,制备含MgO优质球团矿;③若烧结矿或球团矿带入高炉内的MgO,不能满足高炉炉渣对MgO的需求,可采用与煤粉共同风口喷吹方法进行补充添加。实践表明,适宜镁铝比操作具有显著的经济效益与社会效益。
        Based on three-segment control theory of suitable Mg0/Al_2 O_3 ratio, an efficient addition method of MgO by cooptimizing sinter-pellet-BF processes are proposed in this paper: 1) producing high quality sinter with low MgO by adding ground MgO flux; 2) producing MgO-bearing pellet by using activating magnesite as additive; 3) injecting pulverized MgO and coal together from tuyere when addition of MgO by sinter or pellet is not satisfied the demand for MgO in blast furnace slag. Practice of blast furnace production shows that the operation of suitable MgO/Al_2 O_3 ratio makes significant social and economic benefits.
