摘要

钢铁企业要想在煤炭市场竞争中取胜,就必须抓成本和质量,把成本控制这项工作放到重要地位。铁前是钢铁企业生产的源头环节和流程,因此做好铁前的降成本工作就显得十分关键。阐述钢铁企业铁前的生产与质量管理的重要性,提出加强钢铁企业铁前成本控制的措施。
        If iron and steel enterprises want to win in th e coal market competition, they must grasp the cost and quality, and put cost control in an important position. Ironmaking is the source link and process of production in iron and steel enterprises, so it is very important to do well in cost reduction before ironmaking. This paper expounds the importance of production and quality management before ironmaking for iron and steel enterprises, and puts forward measures to strengthen cost control before ironmaking for iron and steel enterprises.
