引进DDDc较低的药品后医生用药行为的变化

摘要
目的:分析新医改医院采取的相关举措对医生的用药行为产生的影响。方法:对引进的门诊口服降压药、调脂药、病区质子泵抑制剂注射剂和与其相对应的相同药理作用的药品在引进、取消限量措施前后的使用数量通过计算得出DDDs,并进行对比、统计。结果:医生在引进DDDc较低的药品后倾向于使用DDDc较低的药品,并且没有偏向性。结论:引进DDDc较低的药品后,医生在诊疗过程中大量使用,并且在取消限量措施后,仍旧保持增长的趋势,说明医生的用药习惯已经发生改变。
Objective: To analyze the influence of the relevant measures taken by the new health care reform hospital on the drug use behavior of doctors. Method: DDDs was calculated before and after the introduction and abolition of restriction measures for imported oral antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs,proton pump inhibitor injections in ward and corresponding drugs with the same pharmacological effects,and these drugs were compared and counted. Results: After introducing low DDDc drugs, doctors tend to use less DDDc drugs and have no bias. Conclusion:After introducing lower DDDc drugs,doctors use it extensively in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and after the limitation measures have been abolished,it still keeps growing,which explains the doctor's medication habits have been changed.
