摘要
为了研究不同中国地方品系鸡对J亚群禽白血病病毒(subgroup J Avian leukosis virus,ALV-J)的易感性和抵抗力,将ALV-J中国分离株NX0101分别通过鸡胚静脉和卵黄囊两种接种方式接种莱芜黑鸡、汶上芦花鸡、济宁百日鸡3种不同地方品系鸡,分析比较NX0101株对3种品系鸡的致病性。结果表明,NX0101株均可诱发3种品系鸡的髓样细胞瘤,并引起生长迟缓和免疫抑制等亚临床症状,但致病性的强度差异具有显著统计学意义。在两种不同接种方式下,莱芜黑鸡的死亡率和肿瘤发生率均明显低于另外两个品系,并且感染莱芜黑鸡的体重受抑制程度最低。济宁百日鸡对NX0101株的抵抗力在这3种品系鸡中最弱。因此,莱芜黑鸡可以作为ALV-J遗传抗性基因筛选和抗病育种的候选品系。
        To investigate the susceptibility and resistance of different Chinese indigenous chickens to subgroup J Avian leukosis virus(ALV-J) infection, three breeds(Laiwu Black, Wenshang Barred and Jining Bairi) were inoculated with ALV-J Chinese isolate NX0101 strain via intravenous and yolk sac routes. Several parameters including viremia, antibody response to viral infection and chicken growth were observed and analyzed. Results demonstrated that NX0101 infection of three different indigenous chicken breeds developed myelocytoma and showed subclinical traits, such as growth retardation and immunosuppression. However, pathogenicity of NX0101 varied greatly in different breeds. The mortality and tumor incidence of Laiwu Black chickens infected with NX0101 through intravenous or yolk sac were significantly lower than those of other breeds. In addition, the inhibition ratio of weight growth of Laiwu Black was the lowest in three breeds. Therefore, Laiwu Black chickens would be used as the candidate line to screen genetic resistance genes for ALV-J and further investigate genetic mechanism.
