摘要
随着新建本科高校应用型人才培养战略的实施,传统课堂教学模式面临改革的境遇。而利益相关主体群体共识的达成是制约改革有效性的重要因素。群体共识的达成,关键在于形成一套科学、合理的互动机制。以二级学院为中介,搭建起学校、教师和学生、实习实训(用人)单位间交流合作的网络关系,对调动利益相关方参与课堂教学改革的积极性、提高人才培养质量具有积极的意义。对此,学校需要在权力下沉、院系教学领导力建设以及学院理事会制度建设等方面积极探索与实践。
With the implementation of the applied talents training strategy in new-constructed universities,the traditional teaching mode is facing the situation of reform.However,the achievement of consensus among the stakeholders is an important factor for restricting the effectiveness of the reform.The key to the group consensus is to form a scientific and reasonable interaction mechanism.By using secondary schools as an intermediary,the network of exchanges and cooperation among universities,teachers and students,and practical training(employers) units will be established,which will have positive significance in mobilizing the enthusiasm of stakeholders to participate in classroom teaching reform and improving the quality of talent training.In this regard,universities need to explore and practice in terms of power sinking,faculty teaching leadership construction,and school′s council system construction.
