躯体形式障碍患者注意偏向与躯体症状的关联

摘要
目的:探究躯体形式障碍患者注意偏向与被束缚程度和躯体不适症状有何关联。方法:选择36例躯体形式障碍患者(研究组)和32例健康志愿者(对照组)作为研究对象,90项症状清单(SCL-90)、躯体化症状自评量表(SSS)、中文版被束缚自评量表(SSTN)评估心理症状严重程度,点探测检测注意偏向,分析其与症状量表和因子分的相关性。结果:(1)研究组SSS-S(躯体化)因子、SSTN、SCL-90量表和因子分均大于对照组;(2)研究组负性注意偏向分和负性脱离指数>0;(3)研究组负性脱离指数与SSTN总分和SSS-S、SCL-90的躯体化因子分呈显著正相关(r=0.39,0.36,0.37);SSTN总分与SSS-S、SCL-90躯体化因子分有显著正相关。结论:躯体形式障碍患者负性注意解除困难与被束缚状态的交互作用是躯体不适症状发生发展的重要原因。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between attentional bias and the TORAWARE State and physical symptoms in somatoform disorder. Methods: 36 patients with somatoform disorder(study group) and 32 healthy volunteers(control group) as study subjects.Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90), Self-rating Somatization symptom Scale(SSS), and Chinese Version of Self-rating Scale for the TORAWARE State of Neurosis(SSTN) were selected to assess the severity of psychological symptoms. Dot-probe tasks were used to detect attentional bias, and then analyzing its correlation with the total and factor scores of symptom scale in the study group. Results: ①The total and factor scores of each scale in the study group were greater than the control group; ②The study group had difficulty in removing attention from negative stimuli; ③In the study group,the negative disengaging index was positively correlated with the scores of SSTN and SSS-S、SCL-90 S(r=0.39, 0.36, 0.37); SSTN scores was positively correlated with the SSS-S、SCL-90 S scores(r=0.57, 0.49). Conclusion: The binding interaction between the difficulties moving attention from negative information and TORAWARE State is an important reason for the occurrence and development of somatic discomfort symptoms of somatoform disorder.
