摘要
经过长期发展,国内生物安全实验室硬件设施建设不断完善,而人员和制度因素在预防生物安全事故中愈发显得重要。结合扬州大学动物生物安全三级(ABSL-3)实验室的实验活动内容及其潜在风险,有针对性地从建立和完善实验室运行体系、加强实验室管理和人员培训、充实人才队伍等方面提出了相关举措,以有效推进高校实验室生物安全工作,切实保障公众安全。
Through long-term development, the construction of hardware facilities in biosafety laboratories has been continuously improved,whereas personnel and institutional factors have become increasingly important in the prevention of biosafety accidents. Based on the experimental activities and the related potential risks of the Animal Biosafety Level 3(ABSL-3) laboratory in Yangzhou University, we specifically propose some measures including establishment and improvement of the laboratory operation system, reinforcement of laboratory management and personnel training, and enrichment of the talent team to effectively promote the biosafety work of university laboratories and guarantee public safety.
