基于创新能力培养的专业课程教学改革研究——以《国际企业战略管理》课程为例

摘要
在国家大力实施创新驱动战略和"一带一路"倡议下,高素质的国际化和创新型人才是重要的智力基础。该文在分析了国际商务专业必修课程《国际企业战略管理》培养学生创新能力中的问题后,提出通过课程目标科学定位、优化设计教学内容、创新案例教学方式、利用各种平台拓展教学手段、构建以创新能力为对象的考核方式、提升和优化教学团队等方面的改革实践,以期帮助学生从知识储备、创新思维和创新实践能力三方面构建其创新能力。
Under the background of vigorously implementing the innovation driven strategy and the "one belt and one road" initiative, high-quality internationalized and innovative talents are important intellectual bases. After analyzing the problems in cultivating students' innovative ability in the compulsory course "International Business Strategic Management", this paper puts forward some reforms in the aspects of scientific orientation of curriculum objectives, optimizing teaching contents, innovating case teaching methods, expanding teaching means by using various platforms,constructing assessment methods with innovative ability as the object, upgrading and optimizing teaching teams, etc.Hoping to help students build their innovative ability from three aspects: knowledge reserve, innovative thinking and innovative practical ability.
