依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗老年急性脑出血患者的临床效果

摘要
目的对依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗老年急性脑出血的临床效果进行探讨。方法将40例老年急性脑出血患者列为我院研究对象,实施依达拉奉联合托拉塞米,为观察组。同期另外40例老年急性脑出血患者则实施依达拉奉治疗,为参照组。就两组患者的临床治疗情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果观察组与参照组相比较得出,前者总有效率更高,数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后NIHSS分值显著下降,观察组与参照组相比较得出,前者NIHSS分值改善情况较优,数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后GCS分值显著上升,观察组与参照组相比较得出,前者GCS分值改善情况较优,差异显著(P<0.05),数据对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性脑出血患者实施依达拉奉联合托拉塞米治疗,对患者神经功能改善有积极意义,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of edaravone combined with torsemide in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly. Methods Forty patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in our hospital. The edaravone combined with torasemide was used as observation group. In the same period, another 40 elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were treated with edaravone for reference group. The analysis and data comparison were carried out on the clinical treatment and prognosis of the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the reference group, the observation group was more effective, and the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). The NIHSS score decreased significantly after treatment. The observation group compared with the reference group. The former NIHSS score improvement was better, the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05); the patient's GCS score increased significantly after treatment, and the observation group compared with the reference group, the former GCS score improved better, the difference Significantly(P<0.05), the data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of edaravone combined with torsemide in elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage has positive significance for the improvement of neurological function in patients with significant curative effect.
