小儿急性腹痛的护理观察

摘要
目的分析小儿急性腹痛的护理观察要点及护理措施。方法选取本院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的60例小儿急性腹痛患儿作为研究对象,对患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过对患儿细致的观察,并采取有效的护理措施,患儿平均住院时间为15d,且60例患儿全部治愈,患儿疾病治疗效果十分显著。结论为了促进患儿疾病的康复,医护人员应对患儿疾病的特点进行分析,之后密切观察患儿的病情变化,并采取有效的护理措施,以此为缩短患儿住院时间,提高患儿治愈率,促进患儿疾病的康复奠定良好基础。
Objective To analyze the nursing observation points and nursing measures of acute abdominal pain in children. Methods 60 children with acute abdominal pain in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the research object, and the clinical data of the children were analyzed retrospectively. Results Through careful observation of children and effective nursing measures, the average hospitalization time of children was 15 d, and all 60 cases were cured, and the incidence of adverse symptoms was low. Conclusion In order to promote the rehabilitation of children with the disease characteristics, medical personnel should children with the disease were analyzed, after close observation of the patients condition change, and take effective nursing measures, so as to reduce the complications rate, shorten the time of hospitalization of children, promote the rehabilitation of the disease and lay a good foundation.
