小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组给予抗青光眼手术治疗,观察组患者给予小切口白内障摘除术治疗。分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果术后,观察组的眼压低于对照组,视力矫正情况优于对照组,前房深度高于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的38.89%(P <0.05)。结论小切口白内障摘除术治疗急性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果显著,患者术后并发症少,安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of small incision cataract extraction for acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract. Methods 72 cases of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received anti-glaucoma surgery,while the observation group received small incision cataract extraction. The treatment effect was analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the visual acuity correction was better than that of the control group, and the anterior chamber depth was higher than that of the control group(all P <0.05).The incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.56%, lower than 38.89% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Small incision cataract extraction for acute angle-closure glaucoma complicated with cataract has significant effect, with fewer postoperative complications and high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
