摘要
目的分析青年医师危重烧伤急救技能培训中应用情景模拟教学的价值。方法选取我院烧伤整形科的77名青年医生(含规陪医师及研究生)为本次研究对象,以教学模式为依据将研究对象进行分组,其中接受常规教学的医生38名为对照组,接受情景模拟教学的39名医生为观察组,对比分析两组教学效果。结果培训前,两组医生理论知识以及实践能力考核成绩间结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后,两组医生的理论考核成绩以及实践考核成绩均显著提升,且提升幅度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后两组间理论考核成绩以及实践考核成绩比较,观察组平均分比对照组平均分高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在青年医师危重烧伤急救技能培训中应用情景模拟教学可以强化学生对理论知识的了解和掌握,同时通过扮演情景角色增强实操能力。
        Objective To analyze the value of situational simulation teaching in the training of first-aid skills in emergency burn for young physicians.Methods 77 young doctors(including accompanying doctors and postgraduates) in burn and plastic surgery department of our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.Based on the teaching mode,the subjects were grouped.Among them,38 doctors who were given routine teaching were named as the control group.The 39 doctors who were given scenario simulation teaching were named as the observation group.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability between the two groups before training(P > 0.05).After training,the scores of theoretical examination and practical examination of the two groups of doctors were significantly improved,and the difference of the promotion rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After the training,the results of theoretical assessment and practice assessment were compared between the two groups.The average score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.There was a significant differencebetween the groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching in the first-aid skills training for young doctors can strengthen the students' understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge,and enhance the practical ability by playing the role of the situation.
