基于TTAS标准下的急诊分诊系统在急腹症患者中的应用

摘要
目的分析基于中国台湾地区急诊检伤急迫度分级量表(TTAS)标准下的急诊分诊系统在急腹症患者中的应用效果。方法将2016年11月至2017年4月急诊的300例常规分诊急腹症患者为对照组,将2017年5—10月300例基于TTAS标准下分诊的患者为观察组。比较两组患者分诊准确率、候诊时间、确诊时间、救治成功率及患者满意度。结果观察组对疾病的分诊准确率高于对照组,候诊时间及确诊时间短于对照组,救治成功率高于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论基于TTAS标准下的急诊分诊系统在急腹症患者中的应用效果较好,对提升分诊正确率及效率均有积极的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency triage system based on Taiwan triage acuity scale( TTAS) standard in patients with acute abdomen. Methods To select 300 cases of patients with acute abdomen treated by traditional triage in emergency department from November 2016 to April 2017 as the control group,and a total of 300 cases of patients who were diagnosed according to triage system based on TTAS standard from May 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group. The accuracy of the triage,the waiting time,the time of diagnosis,the success rate of treatment and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy of triage in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The waiting time and diagnosis time were shorter than that of the control group. The success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction of patients in the study group was obviously higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The emergency triage system based on TTAS standards has a good application effect on patients with acute abdomen. Meanwhile,it has positive clinical values for improving the accuracy and efficiency of triage.
