预防胃镜室感染的护理管理措施

摘要
目的探讨分析出一套可以有效预防胃镜室感染的护理管理措施。方法该院自2016年以来,实施了严格的胃镜室防感染措施,将2016年以前未实施预防胃镜室感染措施时患者的感染情况、满意情况和2016年至今实施护理管理后患者的感染情况、满意情况作比较。结果实施胃镜室护理管理措施后的设备消毒率明显上升,患者的感染率有显著降低,患者的满意程度有大幅度提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃镜室实施预防感染的护理管理措施,可以有效减少细菌的传播,降低患者的感染率、提高满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effective nursing management measures of preventing the infection in the gastroscope room. Methods The strict infection-preventive measures had been implemented since 2016, while the infection,satisfactory situations before 2016 and after 2016 were compared between the two groups. Results The equipment disinfection rate after the implementation of nursing management measures in the gastroscope room obviously increased, and the infection rate of patients obviously decreased, and the satisfactory degree of patients greatly increased,the different was statistically siginificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing management measures after the preventive infection in the gastroscope room can effectively reduce the spread of bacteria, reduce the infection rate and improve the satisfactory degree, and it is worth promotion and application.
