基于急诊胸痛中心概念的远程急救系统探索与研究

摘要
建立急诊胸痛中心(ECPC)可以使急救医生赢得宝贵的抢救时间,获得专业的抢救建议,加强急救信息的交流,增加了抢救的效率和成功率。急诊胸痛中心是针对急诊心血管疾病患者提出的救治方案,其利用患者施救过程中的院内外医疗数据共享、以及对管高危病人简化救治流程,实现病人送院途中的区域协同救治以及病情的快速分级处理,准确判断治疗方案,把握最佳的治疗时机。远程急救系统基于急诊胸痛中心的概念开发,实现区域胸痛急救网络,加快救治信息的传递,进一步扩宽急诊胸痛中心这条"绿色通道"。远程急救系统的使用,使得各项心血管疾病急救指标均有显著提升,具备一定的推广价值。
Cardiovascular disease is the first cause of death in China, its sudden onset, complex causes, short medical assistance is a major cause of high mortality.The Emergency Chest Pain Center helps the doctors getting accurate judgment treatment plan and grasping the best treatment time.And increasing the efficiency of the rescue and success rate.ECPC is a treatment program for emergency cardiovascular disease patients.It achieves the patient grading treatment and regional treatment on the way to the hospital with information data sharing and simplify the treatment process.Remote emergency system base on ECPC,achieving regional chest pain first aid network. To speed up the delivery of information,to strengthen the emergency chest pain center with information technology.And expanding ECPC the green channel.The use of remote emergency system, making the first aid indicators of cardiovascular disease have significantly improved, with a certain value to promote.
