美罗培南在小儿化脓性脑膜炎中的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨对化脓性脑膜炎患儿行美罗培南治疗的临床效果。方法择取在2018年1—12月到我院接受治疗的76例化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为本次实验的研究对象,根据所采取的治疗措施不同分为试验组和对照组,每组各为38例。对照组行萘夫西林钠联合头孢曲松治疗,试验组行萘夫西林钠联合美罗培南治疗,收集并统计两组患儿的各项资料,对比对照组和试验组的总有效率以及治疗前后脑脊液指标的变化情况。结果试验组的总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的68.42%,两组治疗前脑脊液指标差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后试验组的一氧化氮、硫化氢等脑脊液指标均明显优于对照组,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对化脓性脑膜炎患儿行美罗培南治疗,对于改善患儿的临床症状和体征具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of meropenem in children with pediatric suppurative meningitis. Methods 66 children with suppurative meningitis who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The experimental and control groups were divided according to the treatment measures taken. 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nafcillin sodium combined with ceftriaxone. The experimental group was treated with nafcillin sodium combined with meropenem. The data of the two groups were collected and counted. The total effective rate of the control group and the experimental group, and changes in cerebrospinal fluid index were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher(89.47%) than that in the control group(68.42%). There was no significant difference in the cerebrospinal fluid indexes before treatment(P > 0.05). The indexes of cerebrospinal fluid such as nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide in experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of meropenem in children with pediatric suppurative meningitis plays an important role in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of children.
