校本课程开发的现实困境及其反思、展望

摘要
校本课程是自国家确立三级课程体系之后大力发展的项目,总体发展还处于起步阶段。在各地区不断探索与实践后,发现校本课程在发展过程中面临着一些亟待解决的难题,这些难题也是教育发展与创新过程中必须面对的问题。笔者结合校本课程开发的实际情况及相关研究结果,明确校本课程所面临的现实困境,提出可能的解决策略,期望通过不断地探索、实践与努力,加深对校本课程开发的理性思考,使师生的生命成长与校本课程的开发达到共生共长。
        Since our country establishes the three-level curriculum system,school-based curriculum develops rapidly,but the overall development is still in its infancy. After continuous exploration and practice in various regions,we found that school-based curriculum is faced with some urgent problems in the development process,which are also the problems that must be faced in the process of educational development and innovation. The author combined with the actual situation of the development of school-based curriculum and the related research results,the reality of the school-based curriculum faces,put forward the possible solution strategies,expectation through constant exploration,practice and effort,deepen their rational thinking on the development of school-based curriculum,teachers and students' life growth and the development of school-based curriculum to achieve symbiosis.
