摘要
为从根本上提升船体的抗腐蚀能力,降低由大气、海水或水生生物等因素带来的船体污染或腐蚀现象的发生几率,从材料选取的角度对船体防腐防污性能进行研究。首先分别研究碳素钢、有色金属、铸铁3种材料自身的物理及化学属性。再以上述3种材料作为变量,分别记录在相同外界环境条件下,不同材料对船体防腐防污性能的影响情况,整理实验参数实现一次完整的实证研探究过程。最后根据研究结果可知,喷刷涂料、采取阴极保护策略、加大碳元素所占比重是提升船体防腐防污性能的有效手段。
        In order to improve the anti-corrosion ability of ship hull fundamentally and reduce the probability of pollution or corrosion caused by air, sea water or aquatic organisms, the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling performance of ship hull was studied from the angle of material selection. First of all, the physical and chemical properties of three kinds of materials,carbon steel, non-ferrous metal and cast iron, are studied respectively. Then, taking the above three materials as variables, the effects of different materials on the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling performance of ship hull under the same external environment were recorded, and the experimental parameters were sorted out to achieve a complete empirical research process. Finally, according to the research results, spraying coatings, adopting cathodic protection strategy and increasing the proportion of carbon elements are effective means to improve the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling performance of ship hull.
