摘要
对某柴油机连接箱的结构减重进行了研究。利用Creo软件建立连接箱模型并导入ANSYS中进行初始强度分析并校核,对模型进行拓扑优化分析,根据优化结果对模型进行合理的修改。对修改后的模型进行强度分析,并对比优化前后模型强度,以验证修改后的模型是否达到设计要求。结果表明,因合理改变连接箱结构,使得连接箱静力学分析结果有了较大的改善,对比分析显示,其应变值降低了44%,应力值下降了18.1%,减重10.9%,达到预期效果。
        In this paper, the structure of a diesel engine connection box was studied. Firstly, the Creo software was used to establish the connection box model and import into ANSYS for initial strength analysis and verification. Secondly, the ANSYS was used to perform topological optimization analysis on the model, and the model was reasonably modified based on the optimization results. Finally, the ANSYS was used to analyze the modified model strength, and compare the strength of the model before and after optimization to verify whether the modified model meets the design requirements. The results show that due to the reasonable change of the connection box structure, the static analysis results of the connection box were greatly improved, and the strain value was reduced by 44% after comparative analysis. The stress value decreased by 18.1%. The weight loss was 10.9%, achieving the desired effect.
