摘要
中国旅游业发展日趋成熟,但许多景点的标识语英译在语言、跨文化沟通、信息传递方面仍存在问题。通过实地调研,搜集环巢湖旅游景点标识语及其英译。以此为对象,在生态翻译学的多维度适应性选择原则的指导下,从语言维、文化维、交际维三个维度分析环巢湖景点标识语英译存在的问题,将问题进行总结归类,找出问题的原因,并结合生态翻译学"译者中心"、"事后追惩"的理念,从委托者、译者、读者三方面初步探讨解决方案。
Tourism is becoming a key industry in China,yet varied problems still exist in the English translations of tourist signs. With the English signs in Chao Lake scenic area as an example,the translation problems are analyzed and classified from the linguistic,cultural and communicative perspectives in accordance with multi-dimensional adaptive selection principle of Eco-translatology. The causes of the problems are also determined. Solutions from three aspects,client,translator and reader,are discussed and inspired by Eco-translatology theory's thoughts of"translator as the center"and"punishment afterwards".
