摘要
本文研究了银电解过程中杂质的行为,提出了银电解液净化新工艺。详细考察了银电解液净化过程中净化温度、净化时间和净化剂加入量对净化效果的影响。结果表明,在净化时控制净化温度为80℃,净化时间120 min,净化剂添加量250 g/L,银电解废液中的杂质净化率可达到90%以上。
In this paper, the impurity behavior in the process of silver electrolysis was studied, and a new purification process of silver electrolyte was proposed. The influence of parameters such as purifying temperature, time of purification and the addition of purifying agent on the purifying effect during silver electrolyte were investigated in detail. Results show that under the purification control conditions of temperature 80℃, purifying time 120 min,purifying agent dosage 150 g/150 mL, the purifying rate of impurities in waste silver electrolyte could reach more than 90%.
