摘要
在分析了层次分析法(AHP)的优势之后,选择其对乘用车整车厂的质量管理进行评价。确定了质量管理评价体系的7个关键指标。以某整车厂为案例,应用质量管理评价体系,对各层次各指标进行综合计算,结果表明,该整车厂的质量管理处于最好等级;同时对该整车厂质量管理体系存在的问题进行分析,并提出提升建议。进而得出,基于层次分析法的评价模型能够较好地适应我国乘用车整车厂全面质量管理的评价要求。
After analyzing the advantages of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), it is selected to evaluate the quality management of passenger car factories. Seven key indicators of the quality management evaluation system are determined.Taking a vehicle factory as an example, the quality management evaluation system is applied to comprehensively calculate various indexes at various levels. The results show that the quality management of the vehicle factory is at the best level. At the same time, the problems existing in the quality management system of the vehicle factory are analyzed and suggestions for improvement are put forward. Furthermore, it is concluded that the evaluation model based on AHP can better meet the evaluation requirements of total quality management of China's passenger car manufacturers.
