小秦艽花中总环烯醚萜和总酚酸的含量测定

摘要
[目的]建立小秦艽花中总环烯醚萜和总酚酸含量测定的方法,并测定10个药材样品中的含量。[方法]分别以龙胆苦苷和没食子酸为对照品,建立紫外分光光度法测定总环烯醚萜和总酚酸含量的方法。[结果]10批小秦艽花样品中环烯醚萜含量为67.95～155.16 mg/g;总酚酸含量为9.54～17.04 mg/g。[结论]2种含量测定方法操作简便,精密度、重现性良好,结果准确可靠,可用于评价小秦艽花的质量以及资源利用价值。
[Objective]To establish the methods for determination of total iridoids and total phenolic acids in the flowers of Gentiana dahurica and determine the content in 10 samples. [Method]Taking gentiopicroside and gallic acid as reference materials,UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total triterpenes and total flavonoids. [Result] The contents of total iridoids and total phenolic acids were 67.95-155.16 mg/g and 9.54-17.04 mg/g, respectively. [Conclusion] The two determination methods are proved to be simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to evaluate the quality and resource utilization of the flowers of Gentiana dahurica.
