摘要

内涝灾害恢复力在灾害管理方面越来越受到关注。以哈尔滨市为内涝灾害恢复力的研究对象,运用层次分析法建立了评价指标体系,建立了哈尔滨市内涝灾害评估模型。
        The evaluation index system was established by ahp,and the evaluation model of flood disaster in Harbin was established. According to the results of the study,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the resilience of Harbin after flood disaster were put forward to provide the basis for the disaster prevention and reduction work in Harbin.
