Girdin和VEGF在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要
目的探讨Girdin和VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达和在不同病理特征中的分布情况。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测100例胃癌组织中Girdin和VEGF的表达情况。结果胃癌组织中Girdin和VEGF阳性表达率分别为47.0%和65.0%;胃癌组织中Girdin表达与淋巴结有无转移(χ~2=27.023,P=0.000)和不同TNM病理分期(χ~2=12.045,P=0.001)有关;胃癌组织中VEGF表达与淋巴结有无转移(χ~2=11.683,P=0.001)和不同TNM病理分期(χ~2=35.125,P=0.000)有关;不同年龄、性别和分化程度的Girdin和VEGF阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);胃癌组织中Girdin与VEGF表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论联合检测胃癌组织中的Girdin和VEGF表达对判断胃癌恶性程度、预测其侵袭转移趋势和预后及指导治疗等提供一定的参考价值。
