摘要
针对肉禽屠宰加工废水中悬浮杂质多、有机物浓度高等特点,以辽宁省铁岭市某肉禽加工厂废水处理工程为实例,采用沉砂隔油-ABR/O-SBR组合工艺对肉禽屠宰加工废水进行处理。工程结果表明,本组合工艺在进水COD为1 330 mg/L,BOD_5为813 mg/L,SS质量浓度为1 443 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为116.6 mg/L的情况下,处理后最终出水COD为31.9 mg/L,BOD_5为8.6 mg/L,SS质量浓度为7.2 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度为2.88 mg/L,去除率分别高达97.60%、98.94%、99.50%和97.53%。该组合工艺出水水质可稳定满足DB 21/1627-2008,同时其运行费用仅为0.708元/m3。
        A combined process of grit and oil separator-ABR/O-SBR was employed in the practical engineering project of poultry slaughtering and processing wastewater treatment in some poultry processing plant in Tieling. The poultry slaughtering and processing wastewater has high concentrations of suspended impurities and organic matters. The result showed that when the original concentrations of COD, BOD_5, suspended solids and ammonia nitrogen was 1 330 mg/L, 813 mg/L, 1 443 mg/L and 116.6 mg/Lrespectively, the effluent concentrations of COD, BOD_5, suspended solids and ammonia nitrogen was 31.9 mg/L, 8.6 mg/L, 7.2 mg/L and 2.88 mg/L, respectively, which indicated that the final removal rates could respectively reach 97.60%,98.94%, 99.50% and 97.53%. The effluent quality after this combined process treatment could meet the demand of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province(DB 21/1627-2008). And the operating cost was only 0.708 Yuan/m~3.
