摘要
本文建立了咸鱼中16种有机磷农药残留的超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱分析方法,线性范围在0.5~50ng/mL,线性相关系数均分布在0.991~0.999。本文前处理方法采用的是QuEChERS方法,该方法回收率在75.45%~100.37%,结果表明,在处理咸鱼含有较多脂肪、蛋白质等复杂基质时,QuEChERS方法具有操作简便快速、准确率高、重复性好等优点,超高效液相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱的仪器方法与气相色谱法相比,具有灵敏度和准确度高的优点。
        This paper established an ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of 16 organophosphorus pesticide residues in salted fish. The linear range is between 0.5 ~50 ng/mL, and the linear correlation coefficient is between 0.991 ~ 0.999. The pretreatment method used in this paper was the pretreatment of salted fish by QuEChERS pretreatment method. The recovery rate of QuEChERS method was between 75.45% ~ 100.37%. The results showed that the QuEChERS method had a complex matrix containing more fat and protein. The operation is simple and fast, the accuracy is high, and the repeatability is good. The instrumentation method of ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity and reliable accuracy compared with gas chromatography.
